The Ambassadors of Harmony chorus is heading to Pittsburgh over the July 4th weekend to compete in the Barbershop Harmony Society's international chorus contest. AOH, which has won three gold medals at the annual competition, last claimed the top spot in 2012 in Portland, Oregon. Contest rules require winners sit out for a minimum of two years before they can become eligible to compete.
Nearly 30 choruses will vie for the coveted barbershop gold medal in July at the Consol Energy Center. AOH is proud to represent the Central States District, which is composed of dozens of men's choruses in Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas and South Dakota.
